Editorial Policy
Maximum Health Benefits publishes educational content about healthy aging, skin and beauty, nutrition, fitness, strength, and everyday wellbeing. Our goal is to make useful information easier to understand while avoiding exaggerated, misleading, or unsupported claims.
How we approach content
- We aim to separate general education from individualized medical advice.
- For health topics, we prioritize reputable sources such as government health agencies, major medical organizations, peer-reviewed research, and primary source material where practical.
- We aim to make uncertainty and limitations clear rather than presenting preliminary or mixed evidence as settled fact.
- We avoid presenting supplements, diets, wellness practices, or products as cures for diseases unless such a statement is accurately supported by high-quality evidence and appropriate clinical context.
- Commercial relationships should not determine editorial conclusions.
Legacy content review
Maximum Health Benefits has a large archive created over several years. We are actively auditing older articles for accuracy, duplication, relevance, sourcing, and safety. During this process, articles may be updated, consolidated, redirected, or removed from public view when they do not meet our current standards.
Use of editorial tools
Editorial and software tools, including AI-assisted tools, may be used to support research, organization, drafting, or editing. Tool-assisted output is not treated as a substitute for source verification, editorial judgment, or qualified professional review when a topic requires it.
Product and affiliate content
Some content may include affiliate or commissionable links. When eligible purchases generate a commission, the reader should not pay more because of that link. Affiliate relationships should be disclosed clearly, and product recommendations should be based on stated criteria rather than commission alone.
Product-comparison methods, including how we handle specification-based reviews, manufacturer claims, hands-on-testing language, conflicting specifications, rankings, updates, and affiliate independence, are described in How We Review Products. See also our Affiliate Disclosure.
